Q. When should I call to book my party?
A. If you are requesting for the Party Room to be reserved for you we recommend you
call at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead of time to make your reservations. Times are limited and
spaces fill up fast. For an outside “no room” party we recommend you call about a week
ahead of time.

Q. How much are guests that do not plan to ride anything?
A. FREE! As always, parking and admission are free.

Q. If my child is not tall enough to drive the go karts, can I drive them?
A. We have designed a ‘chaperone’ band for this purpose. If the child has the unlimited
armband we will give a complimentary chaperone armband for an adult (18+) to drive
them on three of our four tracks.

Q. Can an older child drive a younger one on the go karts?
A. A companion must be at least 18 years or older to drive anyone under 18 on the
tracks.

Q. Where do we enter the park on the day of the party?
A. We have a separate entrance for our parties. It’s called the Party Spot building. It sits
to the rear of the parking lot, is blue, and has a lot of glass windows.

Q. How long do I have for check-in?
A. We allow one hour from your arrival time for your guests to check-in. We will close
out your bill and expect payment in full once the hour is complete.

Q. How long are the outside tables reserved for my party?
A. There is no limit to how long you can use the table the day of the party.

Q. How many people do the outside tables seat?
A. We push two 6 foot picnic table together with a large umbrella between them. They
seat 16 adults comfortably.

Q. Can I have more than one table reserved for me?
A. We can only guarantee one table per party.

Q. Do you have invitations specifically for a Fun Spot Birthday Party?
A. Yes, they are available for download and print on this website.

Q. Can I bring my own food to the park?
A. We allow birthday cake to be brought into the park from outside. We do not allow any
other food or drink into the park from outside. We have several different food options
available from our snack bar at discounted prices for our birthday parties if ordered in
advance.

Q. Can I wait to order the food until I get to the park?
A. In order for you to get the discount on the pizza it must be ordered in advance. The
party platters are specially made just for our birthday parents and are not available for
regular guests at the snack bar. In that case, they must also be ordered ahead of time.

Q. How do I get the food I pre-ordered?
A. After the bill is settled out we will give you a green pick-up slip to take to the snack
bar. If you think you are going to need help carrying the food we will be happy to assist
you!

Q. Do you have a cool place for us to leave our cake before we are ready to serve it?
A. You are welcome to leave the cake in the Party Spot building where it will stay cool
and out of the sun until you are ready to serve it.

Q. Can I rent the party room for more than one hour?
A. In our experience, unless you have a very large party, an hour is sufficient time for
the children to eat, play games, and serve cake. The children tend to get restless when
they are in the room longer than that, but if you feel you will need more time, please
discuss it with the coordinator when you book the party.

Q. Can I bring my own decorations?
A. We provide the outside tables with a white table cloth, a small bouquet of balloons
and the birthday child’s name. You are welcome to bring in your own decorations if you
would like to. Please DO NOT bring piñatas, confetti, silly string or any other messy
celebratory items to the park.
